AK550 TPMS Sensor Pairing Instructions______________
When to Use: This resetting procedure is required after replacing the wireless TPMS sensors or the control module.
Important Note: To avoid interference and accidental pairing, ensure no other compatible vehicles or transmitters are nearby during the pairing process.
Prerequisites: Confirm that the electronic TPMS sensors are properly installed, tires are inflated to the correct pressure, and wheels are securely mounted.
Pairing Procedure Activation:
Press and hold the upper control button (︿ on the handlebar switch).
Note: Make sure the switch is set to control the instrument cluster, and the screen is currently displaying the tire pressure interface.
Turn the KEYLESS main switch to KEY ON.
Release the ︿ button once the front wheel on the vehicle icon starts flashing and the tire pressure unit disappears.
The TPMS system has now entered Pairing Mode.
The screen will flash " " and the tire pressure values will disappear, indicating that the system is ready for pairing.
Wake up the sensor: Deflate or inflate the tire to create a pressure change of more than 3 psi. The sensor will wake up within 1 minute. Once the tire pressure value appears on the display, the pairing for that tire is complete.
After successful pairing, the system will automatically advance to the next tire.
Repeat step 6 for the next tire to complete its pairing.
Skipping/Timeout: If you wish to skip a tire, press the ︿ button to move to the next one. If the pairing process is not completed within 2 minutes, the system will automatically exit pairing mode.
Exit: Once all sensors are paired, press the ︿ button to exit, or cycle the KEYLESS main switch (ON-OFF) to reboot the system.
