  • Brand: Specify the manufacturer (e.g., KYMCO, YAMAHA, SYM, etc.).

  • Part Number: Provide the exact, official part number.

  • Please also include the Destination Country and Postal Code for a shipping cost quote.

C. INQUIRY RULES AND GUIDELINES:

  1. Original Parts: We only deal in genuine OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts, and the Part Number is strictly required for quotation.

  2. Modified/Performance Parts: For modified or performance-enhanced parts, you may send images along with your inquiry instead of a part number.

  3. Unknown Part Numbers: If you do not know the part number for an OEM part, we can provide you with a Parts Manual to help you identify it.

  4. Accuracy Policy: To avoid errors, we only provide quotes based on specific part numbers or clear item images. We cannot provide pricing for vague inquiries or general descriptions.

  5. Warranty: All parts sold are genuine items from the original manufacturer. For professional performance/modified parts, we strictly sell items from the original producer. Warranty terms and conditions are strictly governed by our policies outlined on the website. We do not sell aftermarket components.

  6. Buyer Responsibility: We ship according to the part number provided by the buyer. We are not responsible if the part cannot be installed due to an incorrect part number provided by the buyer.

  7. Export Models: Some motorcycle models are produced in Taiwan but are not sold locally. In such cases, there is no after-sales logistics channel in Taiwan to purchase parts. Please buy these parts directly from your local distributor.

  8. Quote Validity: All quotes are subject to change, especially due to currency fluctuation. The quote is valid for three (3) days.
