• The SGD 400 Threshold: * Orders Under SGD 400: These are considered "Low-Value Goods." GST is typically collected by the courier (like DHL) upon arrival or during the delivery process.

  • Orders Over SGD 400: These are subject to GST and may require more detailed customs documentation.

  • Shopping Tip: To ensure the fastest "Express Lane" clearance and minimize administrative fees, we recommend keeping your total order value (including shipping) under SGD 400.

• DHL Admin Fees: When DHL Express prepays the 9% GST to Singapore Customs on your behalf, they charge a "Disbursement Fee" or "Administrative Fee" (typically around SGD 20.00). Paying this promptly via the link DHL sends you will prevent any delivery delays.
