Our standard postal service offers the most cost-effective and convenient way to receive your parts. How customs duties are handled is determined by the $2,500 USD threshold:

Orders Under $2,500 USD (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid):

To streamline the import process and eliminate surprise bills upon arrival, orders valued under $2,500 are handled under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms.

We collect a transparent, flat 13% fee at checkout (covering mandatory US import tariffs and customs brokerage handling).

All customs charges are pre-paid by us here in Taiwan before dispatch.

Your package will be delivered directly to your doorstep by USPS with ZERO additional fees or surprise invoices due upon delivery.

Orders Over $2,500 USD (DDU – Delivered Duty Unpaid / Formal Entry):

For large orders exceeding $2,500 USD, US Customs requires formal commercial entry procedures. The simplified prepaid DDP option is unavailable.

We will not collect any customs duties at checkout.

Your package will still ship via Postal/USPS, and applicable tariffs and formal entry clearance fees will be assessed by US Customs and collected directly from the recipient upon delivery or pickup.

Storage Fee Warning: To avoid local DHL storage fees (which begin at ~$15/day), please settle your customs invoice via DHL’s automated SMS/email link within 3 days of arrival.

Formal Entry (Over $2,500 USD): Legally requires a formal customs bond and intensive administrative documentation, often incurring additional brokerage bond fees ($150–$200+) on top of standard tariffs.
